Potash and salt miner K+S acquires Qemetica's salt unit June 2 (Reuters) - German potash and salt miner K+S SDFGn.DE is to acquire Polish chemicals firm Qemetica's salt business, the company said on Tuesday.
The Hesse-based firm said the purchase price for the Qemetica unit ranges from €350-380 million ($408-443 million), depending on the unit's performance for 2026 and 2027.
The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, the company added.
