The Company announces that on 1 July 2024, share awards (the "Awards")
approved by the Board of Directors of the Company under the Kainos Group plc
SAYE Plan (the "SAYE Awards"), in the form of options over Ordinary Shares
granted in accordance with the terms of the scheme, were awarded to all staff
including executive directors and executive managers of the Company.
