Kainos Group PLC ("the "Company") announces it has purchased the following
number of its ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each through Investec Bank plc.
Ordinary Shares

Number of ordinary shares purchased: 8,670
Lowest price per share (pence): 937.00
Highest price per share (pence): 947.50

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
