Kainos Group PLC ("the "Company") announces it has purchased the following
number of its ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each through Investec Bank plc.
Ordinary Shares
Date of purchase: 31(st) December 2025
Number of ordinary shares purchased: 13,653
Lowest price per share (pence): 999.50
Highest price per share (pence): 1,000.00
Weighted average price per day (pence): 999.9889
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
