Kainos Group PLC ("the "Company") announces it has purchased the following
number of its ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each through Investec Bank plc.

Number of ordinary shares purchased: 57,304
Lowest price per share (pence): 993.00
Highest price per share (pence): 1,000.00
Weighted average price per day (pence): 996.3749
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Results announcement on 10th November 2025 and took
