June 23 (Reuters) - Eagle Legend Asia Ltd  0936.HK : 
 * Entered into the placing agreement with the placing agent, Fulbright Securities Limited 
 * The net proceeds from the placing are estimated to be approximately hk$193.0 million 
 * Placing agent to subscribe for up to 160 million placing shares at the placing price of HK$1.220 per placing share 
 * Intends to apply the net proceeds for fulfillment of any financial 
obligations of the group as and when thay fall due
