 * Source text: Kaiser Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 16, 2016, to consider the matter of selling the entire shareholding of the Company in its Subsidiary Viz Powertel Engineering Private Limited and as per the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014 read with Section 110 of The Companies Act, 2013, the Company intend to conduct the postal Ballot process for selling the shares as stated above.
