$0.23 premarket
** Co announces 1-for-50 reverse share split of its common

** Stock to begin trading on split-adjusted basis when
market opens on Oct. 21
** Reverse stock split to reduce KALA's number of shares
outstanding from 73.2 mln shares to ~1.5 mln shares
** As of last close, stock down ~81% YTD
