U.S. stock index futures fell on Thursday, a day after Federal Reserve Chair
Jerome Powell stuck to his hawkish stance on interest rate hikes and ahead of
his second day of testimony before a Senate committee.  .N 
    
    At 7:41 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.31% at 34,129. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were down 0.28% at 4,397, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down 0.34%
at 14,992.25.
