** Engineering and construction co's Q1 consol net profit more than doubled Y/Y to 2.14 bln rupees ($24.4 mln)

** Q1 consol revenue rose 34.5% Y/Y; consol order book as of June 30 stands at 654.75 bln rupees, up 14% Y/Y

** Trading volume at 2.5 mln shares so far, 11x 30-day average

** KAPT down almost 8% YTD
