 * Clarifies allegations made in certain news articles appeared on 28 June 2016 relating to involvement of Tai Chin Wen in bribery case 
 * Says businesses of the group are operating and performing as usual 
 * No charge is made or alleged to be made against Tai Chin Wen and he has not been informed that charge is likely to be made against him 
 * no company within group received documents or has been informed to be subject to any investigation relating to subject case 
 * an application has been made to the stock exchange for resumption of trading in shares ofco with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 30 June 
 * involvement of Tai Chin Wen in subject case has no material adverse effect on his ability to discharge his duties
