** Israel-based Kamada Ltd's shares  KMDA.O  up 3.5% at
$4.76 premarket - set to open at one-month high, if gains hold
    ** Canadian Blood Services (CBS) extends existing tender for
supply of four Immunoglobulin G, a type of antibody, products
    ** Three-year extension for total value of ~$22 mln
    ** CBS manages the Canadian supply of blood products for all
Canadian provinces and territories, excluding Quebec
    ** Up to Tuesday's close, stock had fallen 30% YTD
