rise 11.3% to $6.81 premarket 
    ** Drug developer receives letter from FDA stating that co
has satisfactorily addressed the concerns and questions
regarding its second-stage study for a genetic disorder, Alpha-1
Antitrypsin Deficiency (AATD)  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNX3F0JC6 
    ** Co now intends to initiate a late-stage trial for the
treatment AATD during H2 2019 
    ** Shares among top pct gainers across U.S. exchanges in
premarket trading 
    ** As of Monday's close, KMDA shares have risen 22.4% this
