U.S. stock index futures were little changed on Wednesday as investors stayed
focused on trade, awaiting progress on talks between the United States and
Canada and eyeing next week's deadline for consultations on the next round of
China-U.S. tariffs.  .N 
    At 7:49 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.03 percent at 26,094. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.08 percent at 2,901.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1
