    * Project co and Kangda Group entered into general 
contracting construction agreement 
    * Agreement in respect of three sub-projects of PPP project 
in Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province, Prc 
    * Estimated total investment for three sub-projects will be 
approximately rmb1.3 billion 
    * Kangda Group shall be responsible for construction of 
sub-projects of ppp project with estimated government investment 
of rmb4.8 billion 
    * Project company is Fuzhou Fu River Basin Investment and 
Development Co., Ltd
