process 
    * Competitive negotiation process in relation to ecological 
environment protection and comprehensive treatment (phase i) ppp 
project 
    * Refers to public notice published on official website of 
procurement website of Jiangxi provincial government, on 28 
november 2016 
    * Estimated that such ppp project will have a total 
government investment budget of approximately rmb4.8 billion
