Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
 
Kape (AIM: KAPE), the consumer-focused digital privacy and security business, confirms its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 along with its Notice of Annual General Meeting will today be posted to shareholders and are now available to download from the Company's website at www.kape.com. 
 
Notice of Annual General Meeting
 
The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is scheduled to be held at 12.00 p.m. on Thursday, 20 May 2021 at the offices of Kape Technologies plc, LABS Hawley Wharf, 1 Water Lane, London NW1 8NZ.
 
In light of the UK Government COVID-19 restrictions, shareholders will not be admitted to the Meeting in person while such restrictions prohibit their attendance. Therefore, in lieu of attending the AGM, shareholders are requested to complete and return the Form of Proxy to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy with their voting instructions. Shareholders must not attend the meeting in person. Should the Meeting arrangements change in response to updated UK Government restrictions and guidance, the Board will communicate any such changes to shareholders through a Regulatory Information Service announcement.
 
In order to ensure that shareholders are able to follow the proceedings of the Meeting, the Company will provide access to an online webinar, accessible via the Zoom platform and the following link: https://zoom.us/j/97894304533.
