CTS Eventim jumps after arbitral tribunal affirms its joint venture claim for compensation

** CTS Eventim  EVDG.DE  shares are up 4.77% after the
German ticketing firm announced on Friday that Arbitral tribunal
affirmed the claim for compensation of the joint venture of CTS
EVENTIM and Kapsch TrafficCom  KTCG.VI  against the Federal

    ** The arbitral tribunal said autoTicket GmbH is entitled to
damages and reimbursement of expenses against the Federal
Republic of Germany
    ** In the second phase of the arbitral proceedings that now
follows, a decision is made on the amount of the claim, the co

    ** "CTS Eventim could get three-digit million amount out of
this", a local trader commented
