to open at $18.6 in its Nasdaq debut

    ** Co offered 3.95 mln shares in IPO, raising about $63.2
mln
    ** KRT manufactures and distributes environment-friendly,
disposable foodservice products and related items 
    ** Stifel, William Blair and Truist Securities were lead
bookrunning managers for the offering
