 * Major disposal and connected transaction  0496.HK  
 * Says vendors, the purchasers and mr. zhu entered into the spa 
 * Says cash consideration would be approximately RMB305.8 million 
 * Consideration shall be satisfied by way of assumption of debts by the 
   purchasers and cash consideration payable by purchasers 
 * Any audited amount of retained profits of disposal group attributable to 
   vendors up to 31 March 2016 will be distributed as dividend by disposal group 
   to vendors
