Amendment to Date of Record

As previously announced, the Board of Directors of Kaspi.kz has recommended an
850 KZT dividend per common share, subject to shareholder approval, at the
company's EGM.

The dividend date of record has been amended to 17 November 2023 from 19
November 2023.

The company's EGM will take place on the 20 November 2023 which is unchanged.
