Ekipman representing 50 percent 
    * Holds 100 percent of Gimkat Arac Ustu Ekipman after 
acquisition 
    * Says buys 50 pct of Gimkat from Gimaex International S.A.S 
and shareholders for 1.4 million lira ($485,100.49) to 
compensate company receivables from Gimaex
