* Vilnius Commercial Arbitration Court approves on Jan. 29 peaceful agreement between Kauno
Energija and UAB Kauno Termofikacijos Elektrine (KTE)
* Investment agreement between both sides is being terminated
* According to decision, KTE obliges to pay compensation for company in amount of 2.3
million euros ($2.51 million)
* KTE disposes part of Kaunas critical centralized heat supplies infrastructure to company
for proprietorship as a non-financial compensation
