* Says procedures of liquidation of its subsidiary UAB
Pastatu Prieziuros Paslaugos are being accomplished
* Says subsidiary is being removed from register of legal
entities on Sept. 7
* Liquidation procedures were initiated considering
provisions of the law that heat supplier or persons associated
with the heat supplier cannot function as supervisors
(operators) of heating and hot water system in residential
buildings
