India's Kaveri Seed Co rises over 6% on share buyback

** Shares of hybrid seeds producer  KVRI.NS  rise as much as
6.65% to 618.85 rupees
    ** Co on Wednesday approved a proposal to buyback shares for
amount not exceeding 1.20 bln rupees
    ** KVRI said buyback price will be up to 850 rupees/shr
    ** About 2.2 mln shares change hands vs 30-day avg of
473,584 shares
    ** KVRI shares up 11.6% YTD, as of last close
