Jan 30 (Reuters) - Kbc Ancora Cva  KBCA.BR  
    * KBC Ancora recorded a negative result of 10.7 million euro 
in H1 compared with a positive result of 37.0 million euro  
    * Operating expenses amounted to 1.1 million euro, 0.1 
million euro less than in same period in previous financial yea 
    * Would aim to distribute a dividend of up to 2.00 euro in 
respect of financial year 2014
