Jan 30 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
ALTEN LTEN.PA :
Alten's full-year revenue came in at 3.78 billion euros, the
group said on Friday, adding that the start of 2023 is in line
with the trends observed in 2022 with a solid demand.
KBC ANCORA KBCA.BR :
KBC's subsidiary KBC Ancora reported on Friday a profit of
71.3 million euros ($77.43 million) in the first half of the
financial year 2022/2023.
PHILIPS PHG.AS :
Dutch health technology company Philips PHG.AS said on
Monday it would scrap 6,000 jobs to restore its profitability
following a recall of respiratory devices that knocked off 70%
of its market value.
RENAULT RENA.PA :
Nissan Motor Co 7201.T and Renault SA RENA.PA agreed on
Monday to a sweeping restructure of their two-decade-old
automaking alliance that will put them on equal footing and see
the Japanese company invest in Renault's new electric vehicle
business.
TOTALENERGIES TTEF.PA :
Oil companies TotalEnergies TTEF.PA and Eni ENI.MI said
on Monday they had completed the transfer to QatarEnergy of a
30% interest in the exploration Blocks 4 and 9 which are
situated off the coast of Lebanon.
