KBC to buy 365.bank in Slovakia for 761 million euros

May 15 (Reuters) - KBC KBC.BR said on Thursday it had reached an agreement to acquire 98.45% of the Slovak 365.bank based on a total value for 365.bank of 761 million euros ($851.71 million), as its quarterly net profit came above expectations at 546 million euros.
