    * Says its unit KC Cottrell Co Ltd  119650.KS  signed 
contract with Ngodwana Energy (RF) Proprietary Limited to 
undertake Ngodwana Energy 25 MW biomass power plant engineering 
procurement and construction in South Africa, on Oct. 31 
    * Contract amount is 61.83 billion won
