    * Says it completed selling entire 142,860 shares of its 
wholly owned subsidiary KC Hanmi Environment Co.,Ltd, a waste 
transportation firm, as a result of merger between subsidiaries  
    * Says the number of its subsidiaries decreased to 11 from
