March 22 (Reuters) - Gremi Inwestycje SA  GIW.WA  and KCI SA 
 KCI.WA : 
    * Gremi Inwestycje SA  GIW.WA  and KCI SA  KCI.WA  said on 
Monday that planned merger will be implemented by transfer of 
all assets of Gremi Inwestycje to KCI 
    * The merger plan was agreed by the parties in Oct. 2015
