Jan 9 (Reuters) - KCI SA KCI.WA :
* Said on Thursday that its shareholders will vote on
adaptation of a strategy for 2017-2020 during extraordinary
general meeting (EGM) on Jan. 31
* Under strategy for 201-2020, in Q1 2017, plans to
transform Gremi Media sp. z o.o. (Gremi Media) to a joint-stock
company from a limited liability company
* Plans that after transformation Gremi Media will debut on
NewConnect market in mid-2017
* EGM to vote also on change of the company's trade market
from Main Market to NewConnect
