* Said on Saturday that its supervisory board dismissed
Agata Kalinska as the company's chairman of the management board
* Grzegorz Hajdarowicz to become the new chairman the
management board and Agata Kalinska the company's vice chairman
of the management board
* The changes will take place on May 1
