July 15 (Reuters) - KCI SA KCI.WA :
* Reaches 100 percent stake in Gremi Media Sp. z o.o.,
following transfer of 931 shares of Gremi Media to the company
in exchange for debt settlement
* On July 14 signs two datio in solutum agreements under
which some of liabilities which amount to 34.3 million zlotys
($8.7 million) have been settled in exchange for the shares
