Brief: KCI shareholders file lawsuit to revoke transfer to NewConnect market

April 10 (Reuters) - KCI SA KCI.WA :
* Said on Friday that its shareholders Maria Thiele,
Radoslaw Kedzior and Piotr Szczesny on Feb. 28 filed a lawsuit
to revoke a resolution no. 4 of its extraordinary general
meeting of shareholders held on Jan. 31
* The resolution authorises management to change the
company's trading from the Warsaw Stock Exchange's main market
to NewConnect urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL5N1FM11O
* The shareholders defined the value of the subject of the
dispute at 57,978 zlotys ($14,505.02)
