Aug 11 (Reuters) - KCI SA  KCI.WA : 
    * Said on Monday that it decided to merge with KCI 
Development sp. z o.o. via the transfer of all assets of KCI 
Development to KCI 
    * KCI had signed a preliminary agreement to buy 100 percent 
stake (2,500 shares) in KCI Development sp. z o.o.  
    * The acquisition of 100 percent stake in KCI Development 
sp. z o.o. is the necesarry condition for the completion of the 
merger  
    * The merger is a part of simplification of KCI's capital
