Oct 19 (Reuters) - Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE):
* Resolved to suspend trading of shares of KCI SA KCI.WA
between Oct. 25 and Nov. 7 as for the company's request
* KCI plans to consolidate its shares at the ratio of 28
existing shares to one new share urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL8N1CJ12L
* Decided that if KCI fulfils conditions under WSE's
resolutions on qualification to alert list, as of Nov. 8 the
company's shares will not be qualified to the alert list but
will be quoted in continuous trading system
