Notice of General Meeting
Further to the announcement of 24 October 2017, K&C REIT plc ("Company") has now posted to shareholders a notice of a general meeting to be held at 10:00am on 24 November 2017 at which resolutions will be proposed to allow the current placing to be take place, to consolidate the share capital of the Company and to change the Company's name to KCR Residential REIT.
