KCR Residential REIT plc, the residential REIT group, is pleased to announce
that further to the appointment of Cairn Financial Advisers LLP ("Cairn") as
its Nominated Adviser on 28 April 2022, Cairn has confirmed that it has
satisfactorily completed its due diligence and accepted the appointment.
