("KCR" or the "Company")
Result of General Meeting
and
Issue of Equity
KCR is pleased to announce that at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed. Consequently, following the Company's announcements on 13 July 2018, the Company has issued and allotted 4,434,570 New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Proposals, conditional on Admission.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 31 July 2018 and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence at that time. The 4,434,570 New Ordinary Shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
