    * Says it will issue new units at the paid-in price of
625,209 yen
per share (14.07 billion yen in total), through public offering 
    * Says subscription period from May 22 to May 23 and payment
date
on May 28 for the offering
    * Says it will issue new units at the paid-in price of
625,209 yen
per share, to raise up to 703.4 million yen in total, through
private placement 
    * Says the subscription date on June 14 and payment date on
June
