billion yen on July 2 
    * Says it will sell interest in Tokyo-based properties for
12.55
billion yen in total, effective July 2 and Nov. 1  
    * Says it will issue 22,500 units via public offering and
1,125
units via private placement 
    * Says it aims to raise 14.97 billion yen in total, to
acquire
