Dec 15 (Reuters) - An alert on KEC International Ltd KECL.NS promoters executing a share purchase agreement with Zenrock Chemicals is incorrect and is being withdrawn. There will be no substitute. On Monday, promoters of Indo Borax and Chemicals IBCH.NS, an unrelated firm, executed share purchase agreement with Zenrock Chemicals.
