** Stock marks its biggest percentage gain since May 25

** KECL among top gainers in Nifty small-cap index .NIFSMCP100, which is up 1%
** Co says it has won new orders worth 12.36 billion rupees ($143.83 million)
** Trading volume at 1.1 mln shares vs 30-day avg of 1.8 mln shares
** YTD- KECL down 22.2%, small-cap index down 0.6%
