** Kernex Microsystems (India) KMIL.NS rises 5% to 1,292.9 rupees; on track to gain for fourth straight session

** Kernex-KEC International KECL.NS consortium gets letter of acceptance from Western Railways at bid cost of 1.83 bln rupees ($21.4 mln)

** Kernex says it holds 70% stake in JV

** KECL gains 3.4% to 919 rupees

** YTD, KMIL down 8.5%, while KECL sheds 25.8%
