union budget
    ** KEC International's  KECL.NS  7% jump the highest,
followed by GPT Infra's  GPTI.NS  6% climb
    ** Prince Pipes  PRCE.NS  up 3.4%, Hi-Tech Pipe  HITC.NS 
rises 1%
