India's KEI Industries hits over 9-month high on strong Q4 profit growth

** Shares of KEI Industries Ltd  KEIN.NS  rise as much as
8.7% to 452.95 rupees - highest since August 2018
    ** Power cable manufacturer's March-qtr net profit jumps 21%
to 599.3 mln rupees ($8.60 mln)  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN22X0PQ
    ** Revenue from operations gains 22.2% to 12.6 bln rupees
    ** Up to last close, shares of KEI Industries had risen 16%
this year, while those of its peers Universal Cables Ltd
 UNVR.NS  and Birla Cable Ltd  BRLE.NS  fell 25% and 48.5%,
respectively, in the same period 
($1 = 69.7125 Indian rupees)
