KELLER GROUP PLC BOARD APPOINTMENT

Further to the announcement made at Keller Group plc’s Annual General
Meeting on Tuesday 24 May 2016, Roy Franklin today retired as Chairman and
from the Board of Keller Group plc and was succeeded by Peter Hill.  Peter
was also appointed Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
