EXTERNAL BOARD APPOINTMENT

Keller Group plc ("Keller"), the international ground engineering specialist,
announces the following external board appointment in accordance with
paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority:

Peter Hill CBE, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed to
the Board of Imagination Technologies Group plc with effect from 1 January
2017 and will become Non-executive Chairman with effect from 1 February 2017.
