 NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMRs) AND CONNECTED PERSONS 
 
 The Company has been notified that Mr Peter Hill, Non-executive Director and
Chairman Designate of the Company, today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in
the Company at a price of 934.04p per share. 
 
 Following this purchase, Mr Hill’s interests in Keller Group plc ordinary
shares are as follows:
